Ocean Eden is situated right on the beach and has private access directly onto Pennington Main beach where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, snorkerling.

The unit is every exclusive. The surroundings are very tranquil and secluded with indigenous bush and abundant bird and wildlife. The house is secure with electric fencing all round and automated entrance.

The house, which sleeps 14, consists of 6 bedrooms, 3 of which have beautiful seas views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and bed linen will be provided. Guests to bring their own bath and beach towels.

The house has a double garage with automated garage doors and entrance directly into the house, gourmet kitchen with seperate scullery, diningroom, 2 lounges,3 TV's, DSTV (bring own simcard), seperate laundry, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite), seperate guest toilet, pub, pool, jacuzzi, undercover lounge and sundecks with sea views.

The downstairs lounge leads into a designer pub with amazing marine fish tank. The pub opens out onto the entertainment area with sunken undercover lounge, jacuizzi and pool. The upstairs lounge leads onto a wrap around verandah with amazing sea views. The spacious open plan kitchen is solid cherry and granite counters. It is fully equipped, including a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There is a seperate laundry with washing machine and tumbel dryer. Downstairs is very open plan. The diningtoom, which opens uponto the entertainment area, overlooks the pool and has sea views.

The house is full serviced by a maid. Small pets are allowed.

2nd House sleeps 10 people.

Great home almost right on the beach with stunning view. There are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, open plan lounge, diningroom, kitchen area upstairs. Also has wooden verandah with jacuizi, and pub with snooker table. Home has everything. DSTV, bring own simcard and decoder.

Home right on the beach situated in big yard with lovely garden and pool. House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV lounge with DSTV, bring own smcard, lounge, diningroom, kitchen. Outside flat has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rates include maid and linen.

House can be let on it's own, sleeps 7 @ R1000.00 per day.

Rates in School holidays: R1800.00 per day

Easter holidays:R2500.00 per day

Lovely flats on the 2nd floor of local shopping mall. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Aircon, DSTV (Bring own decoder and simcard) linen, braai, small wooden deck. There is a pool, junglegym, flats very close to the main beach in Pennington.

Great tradition! This lovely home was formally used by our Country's Prime Ministers and is a must for everyone that loves something special!
